FGS221 Switch 2x1,5kW EU dies until powered off

I'm using multiple GFS221 Switches to switch 2 watt garden led lights on and off. Most of them have been working for at least a year, but one of them dies almost every day. It seems to lock up, it does not respond and HC2 marks it as dead. It cannot be woken up and does not work with an external switch. But it comes back to life when I cut the power and connect it again.

Anyone knows what could be going on? Anyone recognizes this behavior?
