Cannot Find or Access HC2?!

Tried restarting my HC2 and now can't find or access it from IP address? 

 

Was accessible just before the restart? It seemed to freeze when restarting from computer, so then tried to restart manually and now IP address is not accessing it? All blue lights are on the HC2 and when I use Find my Fibaro nothing comes up - I used Fing on my iPhone to see whats connected on my network and it shows the address 192.168.0.197 but it says device is down / not connected? 

 

Any ideas please?

is the three led from the right lighted blue? How about doing a hard reset?

All 8 of the led lights are on blue!

 

Trying a hard reset now, and Recovery Mode shows up, so will go through and upgrade the software to the right version before trying to load my latest back up and hopefully will work from there. 232 devices can take quite some time to reconfigure it seems!

 

Once I uploaded the latest software and restored the latest back up main errors are all the scene activation switches I had programmed around the house don't work as yet, only the single light switches. And things like the front door / garage door don't work either.
