hc2 system stuck

after serious problems with hc2 version 4.036 I tried to reset the hc2 - since the hotfix 4.037 didn't show up for download. However now my sytem got stuck - the reset worked uo the point tha lights started flashing from left to rigth - after a while all stats lights are on .. I have tried it a couple of times - waited for mor than 12 hours ...

is there any advice on how to proceed ?

After upgrading 4.037 all blue leds are burning continuously and recovery is not working?

This is the second time this happens and te only way to fix it you have to sent it to fibaro for repair.

I have sent 2 emails to fibaro but get no response for 6 days, very bad service.

I'm using the HC2 with 28 modules from fibaro for 2 years now and the system isn't working how it should be, if this stay like this I gone sell all there stuff on internet and tryout a other system.

I bought the system for comfort but the only thing I have for 2 years is frustration.
