Question
HomeSystem.sk 69
Hi guys,
I have an idea and I am not sure if this can work, so maybe someone can help.
One customer asked me, if his current thermostats would work with Fibaro. The termostat are with touch screen and they are not Z-Wave. I am about to answer his question negatively, but I have idea -
Would it be possible to connect binary sensor (or maybe relay switch) behind the thermostat, so it will instead of turning the boiler on just give information to the system? So when the required temperature is higher than current, it will just inform the binary sensor, and the sensor will give info to the system...
I understand that this would be one way comunication, but still, it is better then tell to customer to throw his expensive thermostats.
