All room music streaming

Hi guys,

 

Can somebody suggest me a way to stream audio in all rooms and in the batchroom as well? As far as i have searched in the forum the SONOS speakers are a solution but very expensive... What about the Dlink WIFI - 

We can connect to the existing ceiling speakers and power the speakers and the dlink via Fibaro 3kw or 2x1500w relay. So when you want to listen to music just turn it on, but what about the HC2, does it support air play?

Sonos is still the best bet I guess, though it is very expensive. I have been opting for Airplay, but it really isn't as nice as the Sonos systems. My only problem is that I am into my Airplay speakers approx. €3000 so I don't really want to convert to Sonos all through. I have made something which is sort of working, but it requires quite a bit of coding and knowledge of Apple scripts and it will only work if you own a Mac.

 

Sonos is the only system (to my knowledge) which creates it's own private network which isn't affected by other wifi products as it is the case with Airplay or similar.

I using Rasberry with aditional DAC converter + Sqeezeserver. Evrething cost 60 USD + speaker price. I can control it from Fibaro, in scenes ... can lauhch XBMC too.
