Good evening!

I have a FIB_FGS-211 which is turned on by a FIB_FGMS-001 when a movement is detected. This worked fine for a couple of weeks. Yesterday the FIB_FGS-211 stopped switching on and off.  It is marked as dead node. No wake up, no soft reconfiguration, no reconfiguration helped. So I excluded it an included it again. I had to change the LUHA script and it was working again - twice. Then it started to mark as dead node again. Switching it over browser ends in red letter transfer failed. But I can switch on and off with hardware switch.

Any idea about that? Any hints? Broken device?

thanks

I think your diagnosis points to a hardware defect. I'd exclude it, remove it from it's original location and bring it to within a few meters of the HC2. If the "transfer failed" message appears again, you could try an exclude + reset procedure (it's in the relay's operating leaflet but in theory it's no different from doing a proper "exclude") but if that fails I guess it's hardware...
