Lights missing in Android app

Question

Posted

Most of my lights are suddenly no longer visible in the Android tablet app - I've got both a Nexus 10 and a Kindle Fire HDX. They are visible and working fine in the iPad app and in the browser. I've uninstalled and reinstalled on both tablets, but no joy. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Hmm obvious question. You do have user access rights for those light devises? Fibaro have a strange thing for changing access rights for devises as soon as a change/config have been made.

Which version are you on? In 4.036 all Fibaro Wall Plugs disappeared but should be back in 4.037.

Hello,

this is a problem due to firmware 4.037. There is a beta version of the android app available where this is already fixed. even though there are other problem occuring in this version. i guess there will be either an official android release soon, or a new HC2 version....
