Sterowanie wentylatorami modułem RGBW

adamkorski

Question

Witam,

Sterowanie działa w trybie pracy RGB/RGBW i IN/OUT.

Thanks for the tip about using a pull up resistor! Solved my issue.  (And thanks Google Translate, English is replicated below).

Hello, I will share the way of adjusting the fan speed to e.g. a recuperator or an exhaust fan with an EC motor powered by 230V via RGBW outputs with PWM signal. The 230 V powered Ziehl-Abegg recuperator fan has a 0-10V control input and a PWM + 10V input.   The RGBW module has four PMW OC type outputs. To get PMW + 10V, you must short-circuit the resistor (I found 2.2k at home) selected RGBW output with 12 / 24VDC power input. The fan also has a 10V DC power output, which we supply with RGBW. Fot1. There are no problems with RGBW at 10V supply voltage.   This solution has one disadvantage - when controlling with Fibaro at 100% the fan does not rotate, when controlling at 0% it rotates with max. speed. For LUA script writers for controlling recuperator fans, e.g. from humidity or CO2, this is not a problem.   To optically match the control with the application (100% control = max. RPM), reverse the PMW polarity using a transistor. Connect any pnp transistor as follows: C to + 10V, B through the resistor to the Fibaro output, E to the fan control input, Fot2.   The control works in RGB / RGBW and IN / OUT modes. In addition, we have the option of limiting the maximum fan speed by parameter 12.   You can see how the fan adjusts in the video (video is no longer accessible)
