Is it possible to setup FGS221 as a device to control Heating and HW? I have it wired to switch the heating/hw on at the moment. It works fine but in the device setup, it does not have heating/hw as an option in the dropdown.

I am also confused as to how the heating panel would work in my setup. I have quite a few temp sensors in the house which report the temperature back to HC2 but I am not able to setup a heating panel.

Depending on what you are trying to do you can link a relay to a temp sensor in the linked devices panel. You assign the linked device to the room that you want to control heating in and then in the heating panel you setup a room/zone with desired temperatures and make sure to check the box for the room from above. That's how my heating is setup. It works fine when it's working.
