Different behavior of HC2 web application in different browsers

Recommended Posts

Posted

I have found a different behavior of HC2 web application in different browsers. For example, working with Chrome (Mac or Windows) I cannot remove anything by using "x". The windows asking "do you really want to remove..." appears but when you press "yes", the browse does not change anything and you cannot remove any device. If I do the same in Safari (Mac), everything goes well, the device apparently disappears from the web browser while I am in Safari but if I go back to Chrome, the device appears again. So, I cannot remove devices! Those devices that I want to remove are those that died (physically) few weeks ago for some reason that I do not know and because of that I cannot exclude them.

Does anybody have an explanation?
