Does any one know how to calibrate the roller shutter device when it is installed to a Somfy motor?

When I push calibrate the motor starts but it never stops so the sunshade goes in again but in the wrong direction.

It worked for me the first time I used it. Maybe the physical stop limits have not been correctly set on your blind. My supplier did this for me, so I don't know what would happen if they were not set, but your experience doesn't seem unlikely if the limit has not been set.

As Aleks has said it sounds like the limit has not been set. I use Somfy motors in 3 roller blinds and the limits were set by the installer. Once I added the roller shutter v2 module it calibrated itself without any issues

Check if there is any change in power drain when motor reaches the end. If there isn't any, the limit switches are the most likely cause of your problem.

Thank you all. I will call the blinder company and ask about how you setup the limit switches.

I also got a zme wallc switch which Im trying to connect to the hc2 to control the blind, but I have no clue how to setup this. does it need to be done throu a scene?

I am looking for a way to use the Fibaro Roller Shutter Relay but with 24 VDC motor. Can't find small enough 220VAC motor (other than expensive Somfy options)

The 24VDC motor have only 2 terminals. Have to swop wires for forward and reverse.

I have read the option to use 2 X 1.5 Kw Relay but like the functionality of the Roller Shutter.

I suppose it is not possible to install a transformer between the relay and motor?

    Any ideas?

Doesn't the Qubino work with 24v?

To operate DC motors you have to use a kind of H-bridge to change polarization of power supply. If you want to use Roller Shutter 2, 4 external relays will be needed. Check out the H-bridge wiring and use relays as keys, enabling two of them diagonally at once.

Thanks Nowacki, will test your solution.

Fat you are correct about Qubino Relay = 24 VDC

Not the relay, the Qubino roller shutter
