Please be sure to upgrade the camera to latest firmware

After the firmware upgrade then enter this command from a browser:

http://CAMERA_IP_Address:CAMERA_PORT/cgi-bin/CGIProxy.fcgi?usr=admin&pwd=xxxxx&cmd=setSubStreamFormat&format=1

(this will enable the MJPEG stream, by default only JPG and H.264 are enabled on this camera.)

Then add the device to your HC2/HCL:

Advanced settings:

Please login or register to see this image.

Leave the User & Password empty.

IP Address (including port if needed): xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:xxx

JPG path: cgi-bin/CGIProxy.fcgi?cmd=snapPicture2&usr=admin&pwd=xxxx
MPJG stream path: cgi-bin/CGIStream.cgi?cmd=GetMJStream&usr=admin&pwd=xxxx
Turn left URL: cgi-bin/CGIProxy.fcgi?cmd=ptzMoveLeft&usr=admin&pwd=xxxx
Turn right URL: cgi-bin/CGIProxy.fcgi?cmd=ptzMoveRight&usr=admin&pwd=xxxx
move up URL: cgi-bin/CGIProxy.fcgi?cmd=ptzMoveUp&usr=admin&pwd=xxxx
move down URL: cgi-bin/CGIProxy.fcgi?cmd=ptzMoveDown&usr=admin&pwd=xxxx
Stop camera movement URL: cgi-bin/CGIProxy.fcgi?cmd=ptzStopRun&usr=admin&pwd=xxxx

Display camera image at Your House, advanced options: JPG, refresh time : 5
