No remote connection possible to HCL since yesterday!

Hi

 

Since yesterday morning i can't connect to my HCL anymore using home.fibaro.com and the iOS app.

Nothing changed in my network setup or on my HCL.

 

Removing/re-adding the HCL does not work!

 

Can this have something to do with the SMS fix of yesterday for HC2 users???

 

 

Anyone else got the some problem?

I had problems connecting via home.fibaro.com some days ago. have not tried this out yet. 

But some weeks ago i had the same problem with both home.fibaro.com and android app. Setting the DNS server of HC2 to 8.8.8.8 fixed the problem. What are your network settings?

Fixed IP with my router as DNS server. It worked pefect till yesterday.

Please set dns to public Google's ones and contact support if that does not help, we can check the connection between our services and your controller.

Router as DNS did not work for me, too. Googles 8.8.8.8 worked...

Is OpenDNS also possible, i don't want to use Google as DNS.

Ike changed the DNS and now it working again, why doesn't it allow the router as DNS? It forwards the requests to  my ISP DNS server.

yep! its broken again... remote accsess worked perfectly after it went down last time..

Home.fibaro.com now works but the iphone app not.

Samplex, we did not experienced any global problem with remote access, so please contact support if you are encountering frequent problems with it. I can't give you any tips without more information.
