Howto Scene Activation, Scene ID?

Question

Posted

Hi all,

I was hoping that someone could guide me through this "scene activation" thing. I just don't get it.

I can set the scene activation function in my fibaro dimmer, ok.

I read that the scene IDs are set in relation to the trigger, like ID10, ID11 and so on.

I know that the devices in Group3 are triggered, but there are no scenes to select.

SO... how can I work with those scene IDs that are set? I created several test scenes, but how can I actually trigger them?

please, enlight me

Well for the start I would prefer a Block scene,

for switching all the lights Off on Double Click of the Switch.

Later on more complicated stuf, once i Understand the logic...

Just choose the device with scene activation as a trigger, put the ID of action you want to detect (it is in manual and varies depending if it was 2 clicks or 3 clicks etc.) in the green field and add all the things you want tot be done.
