Quick question. Is the AEON Multisensor a real PIR sensor or just movement detector? The reason I ask is that I have positioned this outside my house and it is above a plant. And it constantly keeps triggering movement notifications. Is there a setting I need to set in HC2 to work on IR movement sensor only?

Im not sure if its real PIR, I tried to use them outdoor as well, also decreased sensitivity but still had false alarms, so started to use Everspring Outdoor sensors instead

Strange.. after removing it and then adding it back in, it seems to be working now.. the reason I like the AEOTEC is that they can be USB powered so no worries about batteries and can be configured to report back more often..

correct, I realised tht they have to be added only after they are USB powered, if you USB power them only after inclusion, the still behave as battery operated...
