System crash

I'm having a system crash, after a reboot there only is a 503 server unavailable screen. Restart doesn't help, power off/on doesn't help either. It reboots with the standard flashing led procedure, but when they are on, they go off and stay off.

It started after a reboot, i couldn't add a file for a vd, so i rebooted and that was it.

Raised a ticket a support, any tips ?

generally, in a scenario like this, best to call them on the phone..

How did this end?

 

Are there nice recover options? Like cloud backup and using a new device to get back all the functionality? (I love how apples does this trick!).

I contacted the reseller and could swap it under warranty. 

 

Recovery to the new device can only be done via the connected USB stick, nothing fancy about that
