Hi All

Since a few weeks, I have some devices that disappear !!!!

It is mainly the case for fibaro devices !!!

I'm in version 3.591. It was not the case before so I wonder if the box is able to manage many devices !!!

I'm really tired with that because I have to check regulary all my scenario

Bye

Did you check if those devices are under the hidden tab?

No there aren't... they really disappeared...

Their devices ID are unknown so I have to exclude and include them again knowing it is really tedious with fgk 101 !!!

Is it possible anyone has access to this controller? If no, please let our support know about this issue.

    Sorry for the late answer...

No it is not possible.. I had the same problem with a FGS221.... I have about 30 fibaro modules so it is not a global issue...

As I said, forum is not really a place for such issues, since we do not have any possibility to diagnose it. Please ask support for assistance.

This severe issue still exists. I have constantly disappearing Fibaro motion sensors every couple of months. It  is security critical, and Fibaro does not resolve it
