Scenes Stopped working, help.

Question

Posted

Hello people, I have some scenes to turn on my lamps as motion is detected, yesterday I add some scenes to control my venetian blinds in summertime and in the motion sensors that trigger the scenes I activated in advanced settings the 'Sensor is armed with delay or it will trigger the alarm after some delay' with 15 and 30s.

After this my scenes won't turn on the lights, I don't understand why, already deactivated all the new scenes, reverted the Motion sensors to arm without delay, witch I think don't have nothing to do with the case, and restarted the HC2 several times, but the scenes don't start and lights won't turn ON.

Even If I create a new scene with just:

'If movement it breached the turn ON lamp' and it won't run! Really don't understand what's going on with HC2 :/ :/ :/

Why is this stage thing happening? Can anyone help me?

Thanks.

This setting should not have any effect when it comes to scenes. Do you use Lua? Is scene even triggered?

@j.nowacki Already solved the mystery, don't know why but the both motion sensors light up when detects movement, but in the Home Center / Devices Panel they won't change state, tried to soft reconfigure the devices but the problems persists, then I ´Reconfigure device' and change the scenes, and now it's working.

Don't understand why this happen, I have some scenes to my venetian blinds and even those after +/- 3 days of HC2 running stop working and I have to restart the HC2. I had more stability with Domoticz, than I have with HC2, and this Fibaro Controller was not cheap as an RPi and a Z-wave adapter. :/

The scenes are in Blocky, I already tried to merge all those 9 scenes in 1 with Lua but its very difficult to someone who don't know how to code.

As for the scenes that stops, please contact support when they do, it is hard to determine reason for that without access to controller.

I had a remote support session today and they told me it should be solved now, no details shared on what was adjusted so time will tell. But i must say i'm pleased with the support that was offered!

As you probably noticed there are some issues regarding scenes on latest release, we are working on it, please let us know if this problem continues after installing the hotfix that is being prepared right now.
