Remote: Duwi remote control / Popp Interact3

Question

Posted

I have several Fibaro roller shutters and read that I could control those with a Duwi remote control (aka Popp interact3)

Please login or register to see this link.

. But I am not able to do so.

What I already tried:

- Include in HC2: Device type is a "Remote controller". But, it is not configured, and I don't see it as a gateway (is that what is meant by Seconday controller on the Versternet site?)

- Direct association: I tried to do this via the HC2 on Group ID 1. I can select the device and save it. But nothing happens after that.

In any try the light keeps flashing red/green what according to the manual means that it is not setup.

Does anyone know how I can use this remote to send commands to the Roller shutters?

O to odpowiedź Fibaro:

Witam serdecznie,

i yo miało by być w jednym pilocie

Hey,

you probably solved it already but just to give answer :

You will not see gateway in Fibaro. You will see it as a device. The gateway means that you can actually use it without Fibaro and other systems to control devices, start scenes... In my opinion that is something hardly usable.

To control it by Fibaro, you need to set associations to it. Check the manual, but with the Duwi (non gateway) remote Asscoiation 1 goes to HC2 only. Then association 2 is connected to button 1, association 3 to button 2...
