FGK-101 not save parameters

I Have a new FGK-101-107 Door/Window Sensor and I want configure in my HC2 With 4.042 firmware, when I add device it install ok but when I want change parameters and I click to save the parameter not save, I tried deleting the device and I retry to add but the problem persist, I tried to disable template and save the parameter but the problem persist. Could you help me?

Parameters (for battery operated devices) will be send only during wakeup, after saving new parameters you must wait for next device's wakeup or just wake it up manually.

For every battery operated device information how to wake it up will be in user manual - with FGK just triple  click on TMP button when the casing is closed (or triple click internal button when devices is mounted on door frame).
