Hello Fibaro guys, can you help us?

It is element used during power measurement, probably some current peak damaged it. How high load was connected to it? You should start warranty procedure for this device, e-mail support for full procedure.

Support will send you all documents needed. It is not a matter of voltage, but power drained.
