NEW HCL with v4.041 but problems begin!

I received a HCL with v4.041, it hanged and with message Error 504, Service unavailable. Clicking restart or refresh service didn't do anything.

 

So i did a recovery and then the problems begun:

 

• After recovery HCL went back to 3.594 instead the 4.041 firmware, why?!?!?!!?!? I need the version v40.41 again back for the smoke sensor v02!
• When i enable "Auto configuration of battery operated devices" click on the save button the settings is NOT saved, the blue checkbox is gone. Why???
• When i go to the Diagnostics page i get a 404 -  Not Found (

Sounds like the 2nd issue you mentioned is consistent with HC2 running 4.046. Logged a bug on this.

Im on 3.594 now but i need the v4 back, that why i got this new unit with v4 but due to the recovery 'm back on v3!

I think I recall the ticket you created on support, please follow advice of agent that was assigned to it.
