Stop scene after complete run devices

I have problem with configuration of scenes. How to automatically stop scenes when all devices turn on in this scenes?

 

Example:

Turn on Lamps:

Run Scene -> Turn on all lamps -> Stop Scene but all lamps on

 

Turn off Lamps:

Run Scene -> Turn off all lamps -> Stop Scene and all lamps off

 

When I create that scenes I have a loop. How to fix that?

Lua or block scene? Please post what you have got so far. Also note, that this forum is not purposed for questions, I moved it.
