Problems With Fibaro Smoke Sensor

Hello,

 

i just did some testing with my fibaro smoke sensor (software version 2.1) model 001.

First of all i found out that i can not wake up the device when it is mounted on the holder. I think the TMP button is pressed when it is on the holder? i can not wake up the device here.... So i removed it from the holder, took battery out and in again, now i was able to change paramters. After putting the smoke sensor in the holder, i wasnt able to change paramters again with wake up.... Is that normal?

Even without having it in the holder, wake up does not work always. I sometimes have to remove batterry... very strange.

I also did the same with my second smoke sensor (software 2.5) and it is the same result...

 

Now i change sensitity level to 1, and after some seconds i got fire alarm without any smoke or fire....

I canceled the alarm and the same thing happened again ....

I changed the sensitivity back to 2 even though i read some members reporting better results with sensitivity 1...

whats wrong?

) under the sensor. I took some time but i reacted and started beeping. But i did not get any notification in my fibaro smartphone app, or a push or email....nothing. Also my lights did not react.

See if the status in interface got updated, maybe there are some range or other connectivity issues.

To get push notifications and e-mails you should create a notification in the notification panel they create a scene to send you that notification when the sensor is activated.

okay but i do not have to do that for my 3-in 1 sensor movement detection alarm. When i arm the sensor, i automatically get push, a warning in the app and the lights react because i set the emergency light scene to active in the alarm panel.

For fire alarm, this should be working same way....? But here i get nothing

i wonder why there is no fire alarm scene to find in the forum....i guess i am not the only one who has this problem
