Fibaro dimmer not properly recognised in HS3

Hi,

 

I've been installing a lot of Fibaro dimmers (FGD211 v2.2) in my home and it has been a bumpy ride I have to admit. often it takes a cpl of include/exclude cycles till they work as they should (is that normal? am I just unlucky?).

 

Now I have a new problem: i can include a Dimmer FGD211 in Homeseer3, but it does not recognise the manufacturer:

Anyone familiar with that problem and how to solve it? I've excluded them in various ways, pressed the B button for dozens of seconds to reset... any further ideas?
