Satel Integra sensors breaches not handled after some time

I integrated my Satel Integra alarm system with the HC2 about two weeks ago. At that time all sensor breaches (even when the alarm was not armed) were written to the event log.

 

Now after the alarm system has been on for days, the sensor breaches are not written to the HC2 event log anymore. Is there a time limit after which the Satel sensors go to sleep and do not register events if the alarm is not armed? I use wireless Satel Abax sensors.

On my system the sensor are constantly reporting to the HC2. I get an on and off command every 2-3 seconds.

How can you tell the off/on commands are received every 3 seconds? Is it logged somewhere?

A few ago I restarted the HC2 and Satel sensor events were logged in the Event Panel again. But now, only 2 days later it does not work anymore. The alarm system is working perfectly, but HC2 is not receiving or at least not logging events in the Event Panel anymore. This is great, because now anyone can enter the house unnoticed when I'm away for 2 or more days...oh wait, that really bad!!

I still have a lot of problems with Satel sensor logging. I just don't understand why this works for a couple of days and then stops working. At first the event panel is full of sensor breaches and then out of the blue...nothing. How can I fix this issue?

Almost a year later and it's still not fixed. I'm currently on version 4.090, but the satel sensor reports still just stop after a couple of days. Sometimes after 1 day, sometimes 4, sometimes after more than a week, but they eventually don't show up in the event panel.

 

Where can I find the Fibaro HC2 log files? I want to know what's going on.
