Roller shutter does not work with Motor with elektronic limit switches

Hi,

i use a Fibaro FGRM 222 Roller shutter with fhem and a new electronic motor with obstacle detection.

The limit switches are set and the blinds can be operated with normal switches.

 

 

With the FGRM 222 i have a problem.

The calibration was successful.

 

When switching the relay is closed and the LED lights up.

Then the relay drops off again directly and the motor does not work.

After switching 4 to 5 times the motor moves.

 

With a mechanical motor, the actuator is functioning properly.

 

Can you change a parameter so that the motor works with the fibaro actuator?

Electronic limit switches should do just fine, please adjust parameter 17 to longer time and monitor power consumption when blind is moving and after it stops, then adjust parameter 18 properly.

Thanks for the help.

I have Parameter 18 changed to value 0. Other values did not work.

So Parameter 17 was not funktional any more. The contact turned off only after several minutes.

So I changed Parameter 22. I have measured the operational time of the motor. This time I have adjusted on Parameter 22.

Now it works. Is that ok?

The actuator has opened the contact only after several minutes.

The motor stopped reaching the limit switch.

The contact was under voltage for a long time. With Parameter 22 the contact opens short time after reaching the limit switch now.

So the limit switch was not detected - parameter 18 was wrongly set. What are power values when blind is moving and after stop?

The fhem-Reading shows in sup-item power 0.0W during blinds drive and also after stop.
