my greenwave powernode has its own life. It clicks all the time, switch stuff on and off without my knowledge. Tried removing/adding/reconfiguring, no joy

You might want to send it back then. I have 3 greenwave powernodes and they are working fine. Except for the annoying green led flashes all the time.

You can get rid of the annoying flashing green LED by one of the below 2 options:

1) Change the value of parameter 1 from the default of 1 to for example 5

parameter 1 configures the amount of time in minutes after which the LED starts flashing if no communication with the controller has taken place.

NOTE:

On Fibaro HC2 with HC2 firmware 4.056 this parameter cannot be configured for Greenwave Powernodes with firmware version 4.20. So only option 2) is available... I do not know if that also applies to other firmware versions.

2) Set the "polling time interval" for the main z-wave device of the powernode to 60 seconds.

Can you read out the current wattage? In my two powernodes switching is ok, but it does not indicate any power usage (the 6 socket version gives good values).

Yes greenwave powernode 6 is working fine with fibaro home center 2 here. I also had the problem where wattage didn't work but that was a broken unit(same problems as first post). The new unit works fine.

@killer, the powernode 6 works great with reading out the values, de powered 1 doesn't look it supports reading out current usage.
