I have 4 roller shutter 2 modules installed in my home and they work great for controlling the blinds. The problem is that the position is most of the time wrongly represented in Fibaro system (web interface and android app are the same).

For example when I'm closing a blind (clicking on close or moving the slider) the interface first shows immediately that the blind is closed. After the motor stops operating the module seems to be sending an update to HC2 saying that the blind is not completely shut, the slider moves a bit and the icon changes to show partially closed (like 10%). When I then force in the interface to close the blind again I hear only clicking sound from the relay, the motor doesn't move and both the icon and slider change again to completely closed (correct).

Sometimes when I operate the blinds to for example about 50% closed something similar happens - first the interface shows 50%, when motor stops operating everything changes to completely open.

I have tried several times calibration but it doesn't change a thing. This has been happening since the modules were installed about a month ago and I'm using the latest version of HC2.

Make sure parameter 18 is correct - set it to 0, see how much power is drained when moving and after stop. Tell us what are these values. Set 18 to slightly higher value that power drain when blind is stopped by limit switch.

When moving the consumption is ~170W, when stopped it's 0W.

I have changed the parameter to 0 as you described, but then suddenly I couldn't sometimes operate the blinds (and calibration wouldn't even start). Something must have gone very wrong so I made a hard reconfiguration (after which new option showed up - to disable remote control - earlier only disabling local control was available - weird). I set the parameter to 0W again, ran calibration (started fine) and now it seems to report position correctly! Since it works I assume that 0W is the right parameter and I shouldn't change it to "slightly higher value"?

Thank you for help, I'll monitor in the next days if the position is reported now always fine in both web and android interface.

When 18 is 0 the calibration may fail 0. I would set it to e.g. 5W, but if it works for you let it be.
