smart plug reported as non configured

My smart plug Fibaro is reported was not configured and the light on it doesn't work but i can use it to turn on or of my TV. What should I do?

 

I tried to soft reconfigure it but it did not work. I removed the device and re-added it and i got a strange device showing as unassigned (has a box icon)...

What I would do... exclude plug. Reboot HC2. Bring plug closer than 2 m from controller. Include and wait at least one minute until you see green text in status windew

I have done as you said, petergebruers, and it worked. Many thanks! 

After I excluded the device and put back into the network I took at it in it's old location and: surprise! It was marked as dead. I change the place and it did not appear as dead anymore so it has to do with the location. I thought the mesh network works a bit better but it doesn't seems so...

Interesting... Regarding the mesh... I think a device should, generally speaking) be able to reach the controller via 2 intermediate devices (plug -> B -> A -> controller). If you think your network satisfies that, maybe the mesh information stored in A or B is incorrect. This happens when devices are moved around. You can try to rebuild the mesh for A and B (in that order). Or a full mesh rebuild if you have less than 10 devices. I hope that helps!
