I have 2 doors and a window at the ground floor, all of them with Fibaro sensors. The window is quite close to one of the doors and the sensor on the window is reported as dead quite often but that doesn't happen for the doors. What could it be?

It seems like a range issue, you can try to bring this device closer to HC for a while to make a test, if it works fine then range is the problem - you may also consider rebuild of mesh network for this single device.

I  moved it closer to my HC2. Nothing. I tried reconfiguration. It shows Main Zwave Decice as master and the window sensor as slave. It asks me to manually wake up the master. I pressed B button 3 times and nothing. It wasn't mark as dead node for nothing. It seems really dead. BTW the battery status says more than 50 %. How can I wake up without B button?

More than that, the led is not working and it is not configured to work. I tried to configure it and it is not saving the parameter...

Did the trouble start after you took out the battery, or when you replaced it? Then it's possible this device was accidentally reset (the procedure is in the manual). You can't repair this. To find out: bring the sensor to within 2 meter from the HC2. Close it. Put HC2 in "delete" mode. Triple click the outside tamper switch 3 times. If the device gets deleted, it wasn't reset, but now you can add it back, and I'm 99% sure it will work. If the HC2 doesn't respond to the 3-click, it confirms my suspicion. Now you have to delete the device by clicking the "X" on the device. Wait 1 minute, refresh browser and it should be gone. After that, you can add it back. In any case, you'll have to use a new id in your scenes.
