HC2 Won't switch on - No blue lights

Question

Posted

My HC2 Won't switch on, there's no blue lights and I've tried holding the power button, pressing the power button, holding the + button whilst switching on at the mains, however nothing seems to switch it back on.

It was working fine earlier today, then at some point it must have switched off.

Has anyone experienced this before and/or got any suggestions.

Any help will be much appreciated

Thanks

I'd check the supply, or replace it. It's statistically the part that's most likely to break. I check this forum regularly and I cannot say there are a lot of HC2s breaking down. If it's warranty I'd check with your supplier, otherwise Fibaro: Poland: +48 61 880 1000, United Kingdom: +44 845 154 2852, France: +33 970 733 545, English Global iNum: +883 510 001 123928 or [email protected]

That was a great shout, thank you. The power pack was the problem, not sure why I didn't think of that! All up and running now.

    Thanks again for the help.
