HCL does not send images of the camera during alarm

during an alarm HCL send camera images sollo user admin , but other users have the same user setting admin only changes the email ......

Do you have a scene which does that? Can you post it? There should be option to choose another user to send mail to.

I have no scene I put the alarm I created two users over the admin user when an alarm is triggered the camera images are sent sollo all'iutente admin , can be due to the fact that when I planned hcl were trà users were connected with the same credentials admin , then subsequently I created two distinct but users who used the phones themselves ?

Scenes pre-defined in Alarm Panel only send notification to admin, if you wish to sen them to more users create a custom scene and attach it to alarm panel to run when alarm is activated.
