Connection error: IOS App

Question

Posted

My iPhone and iPad are both configured to connect to my HC2. For some unknown reason the App after working fine for some time (days) stops working and then simply return the error message "Connection error". This is with the App on my local Wi-Fi network. I can connect to my HC2 via browser (Chrome or Safari) from the same device and the device also lists the correct HC2 if I go to settings. The only way I have managed to solve this problem up till now is to delete all configuration data for the App and redo the setup.

At the moment I can connect without any problems via the iPad and my PC, but not via my iPhone. The HC is on the latest firmware and I run the latest version of the App that is available via the App store.

Has anybody else experienced this problem or have any suggestions?

Thank you,

Nico
