Hello,

Since some days I have a problem with two of my roller shutters...

My HC2 tells me that these roller shutters are not configured.... It is also not possible anymore to drive the shutters in an other position than up or down? I am also missing the calibration icon in my HC for the shutters.

2. What is the meaning of the values on the Shutter icons - green and blue. because everyone of my 20 shutters show me complete different values also if they are not in use...

I have that actual version and also did a soft reconfiguration already...

Thanks

These values are related to energy and power drained. Have you re-included the device?

I really have a hard time with 3 roller shutter modules. The biggest problem is that they do not stop if I do not specify a motor operating time in parameter 22. Parameter 18 is set to 0. The positioning does not seem to work for any of them and one of them has the status closed when in fact is open and open when is closed. What can be done? Any suggestions?

Many thanks!

When parameter 18 is set to 0 the positioning is not active, hence module will not turn off even after reaching limit switch. Please refer to manual in such doubts. Please tell me what is the power drained vale  when blind is moving and after it stops on limit switch.

125.1 W when moving.

I meant when it stops physically, but is still switched on in interface (before 'clicking sound' from the module).

it goes straight to zero.

on another module it shows me 0.70 all the time moving or not moving...

vy the way i do not have any physical switches and my biggest problem is that the module doesn't stop the blinds and I am very much afraid that i will destroy my blinds like that
