Düwi DUW_064374 wall plug and Fibaro HCL

Question

Posted
Hello,

I am using a Fibaro HCL with firmware 3.594 and some Düwi Z-Wave wall plugs DUW_064374. The wall plugs work without any problem when they are in direct reach of the Fibaro HCL.

I would like to use Z-Wave mesh / routing function, to get the wall plugs work over several floors. Is there a mesh network rebuild function in HCL?

All wall plugs are in near distance to each other and before included in Fibaro HCL.

Only the modules / wall plugs within direct reach of the HCL are switchable. The others are marked as "dead nodes".

According to the user manual the Düwi DUW_064374 wall plugs support routing function, but no Explorer Frames.

They have Z-Wave protocol ver.: 2.5.

Thank you for your help.

Hi Thomas,

I just bought 2 Düwi Z-Wave wall plugs DUW_064374 abd want to use them with my Fibaro HC2. But I dont get them included. I did go thru the Düwi Qiuck Start many times now but simply dont understand what I'm doing wrong. It should be straight forward....

How did you include your Düwi Z-Wave wall plugs DUW_064374?

Thx & regards

I figured it out … I first had to make an exclusion/delete of the Düwi Plugs and then add them again using a triple click. Very strange!?
