How to associate only for Key No.1 or Key2 on Fibaro 2x 1.5kW Relay?

Hello 

I use two fibaro 2x1.5kW Relay to openning my garage door and control the lights in the garage. I need to use two relays beocuse wall switch is far from the motor.

My configuration is: 

 

Key 1 of first Relay  - do not connect with nothing and assoiated with Key1 of second Relay

Key 2 on first Relay-  Switch Lights ON

 

Second relay :

Key1 - Open/Close garage door

Key2 - Do not make nothng

I use Assisiation Group 2 and assoicate Key1 on first relay with Key1 on second relay.

When i press Key 1 evrething it's ok Garage door Open or Close but unfortunately when i press Key 2 on First relay - Lights turn ON and Garage door also start to open/close witch is not correct.

Can i assosiate only Key1 of fisrt relay with Key2 of second relay ?

No. But you can make a LUA-scene and trigger on the state of O1 on the module.

Yes i use it with scene but more comfortable is to have just assosiation.

It is possible with multichannel associations, switch 2x1,5 supports it but for now HC2 and HCL does not. We are working on this subject, new functionality will be presented soon.

Interesting you bring this up... According to the manual of the FGS-221 the device supports "MultiChannelAssociation". But I've made the same observations as you. I *think* that a missing piece of the puzzle is that the controller has to support configuring that, and it doesn't do that yet. If MultiChannelAssociation isn't working, then Associations work on the first relay only. It would be nice if someone from fibaro could fill in the details.

But as I understand real problem is that Garage doors on 2nd Relay triggers when 2nd key on 1st Relay is pushed - it should not happen. Remove 2nd Relay from 2nd association group on 1st Relay, keep it only in 1st group.
