iOS 2.5.2 slow and removed user icons...revert to 2.5 and no icons!

I know this isn't the 'ideal' forum for this but the iOS forum isn't visited that much and I hope someone else may have a solution for this?

Quite simply I moved to 2.5.2 and, as 2.5 was perfect for me, this was awful. 4 seconds delay on every button press (not helpful for tv remote!) when it was immediate before and ALL my user icons disappeared.

So, one day later, luckily I had saved 2.5 on my mac. I deleted 2.5.2 and re-installed. So far it seems to have fixed the speed issue but my icons have NOT come back

Really annoyed about this as it's cocked up my whole system usage on my iPhone (I have lots of user icons) as I cannot tell if things are on or not as there's nothing at all shown. Anyone know what the problem is, or how to fix? I restarted HC2 too but it's still no joy. HC2 on 4.048, iPad on latest version and iPhones on 2.5.

TIA

Dave
