can not see if FIBEFGS-222 is on or off

Hello Forum,

I have a strange behavior of a FIBEFGS-222 Switch. I a turn the light on with the Switch I see no Change on the Websurface. So I can not see if it is turned on or off.

the FIBEFGS-222 nearby Shows this Change without any Problem.

Waht can I do?

1) Did it ever work before?

2) Did you change anything (SW update)?

3) Have you tried to disconnect and reconnect the device (include / exclude)

4) Can you switch it via the software - if so - does it show the right status?

Hi kandetvara,

sorry for too little info.

I have about 50 FIBEFGS-222 switches. HC2 Version 4.053 Beta.

 

1 - It works on most of the modules. If those particular one ever worked or not I can not remember.

2 - Yes I had to mess around with the system and made updates.

3 - Yes it did not help.

4 - yes I can switch via software and it alters the image and shows the correct status.

I include a FIBEFGS-222 switch in my test scenario.

It works now as on/off switch.

ON / OFF = changed position of switch key (toggle switch)

If I press the switch to on I can see on the computer browser that it was turnend on.

 

If I change to Momentary Switch I do not see change on the computer browser anymore?

 

WHY?
