Timing Scenes

Hi, How to create the cyclic timing scenes between two lights. I want to control lights continues by sequence order ( eg: lite 1 to lite 2 to lite 1)  continues by single scene. share the method to solve this problem how?

Do you only want to turn them on, or dim them also?

first turn lite 1 after 15sec lite 1 will be turn off and turn on lite 2 then after 15sec lite 2 will turn off and turn on lite
