How how should I konfigure "FGD212" to get S2 to turn on/off another device "FGS212".

Please use group 4th on root device or 2nd on endpoint 2 (those groups are synonymous). It will send Basic Set commands to associated devices when S2 will be used.

Also as FGS212 do not support Security Command Class Dimmer should be included in non-secure mode or adjusting parameter 27 is required (disable security for 4th group).
 

 

PS You can also configure how Dimmer will react during sending associations (parameters 24 and 25).
