Two "value" as trigger for a scene

Question

Posted

Hello,

I'm sorry to ask the question if it was asked and answered already but neither the search function nor Google helps on the matter.

I set two "value" as trigger for a scene. I simply guessed it was possible and it actually works:

Please login or register to see this code.

Now, is there a way to know which device ID changed value and triggered the scene execution ?

If not possible I have, of course, multiple ways to do otherwise. I was just wondering.

Thank you!

Yes you can:

id = startSource['deviceID'];

gives you the id that has started this scene.

    Hello,

    Thank you for your answer.

It doesn't seem to work for me:

Please login or register to see this code.

[ERROR] 16:24:43: line 10: attempt to index global 'startSource' (a nil value)

    Any idea ?

    Thank you!

    Edit:
    OK, I was missing:
