Two different alarms, home and away?

I just cant figure it out how to have 2 alarms.

1 only for door/window (home mode)

1 for the motionsensors (away mode)

Using Ipad to arm.. :->

I do that with scene's. One arms only the door/window sensors, other one to arm all the door/window and motion sensors.
