Question

Posted

Hi,

I just upgraded to 4.056.

Since then I can't run, edit or create scenes. I get message "403 Access forbidden".

I am logged in as admin and there is no alarm active.

What can be causing this?

How do I solve it?

There can be some glitch in alarm state, sometimes devices that are not part of alarm may have such property set incorrectly. Ask support to check this, it is quite simple and should not take much time.

I have spoken to a support person from Fibaro today and he could help me via remote control. He found out my previously installed Fibaro motion sensor, that I physically removed months ago, but still present as non-active device, was causing an alarm issue. It was completely removed as a device and I could run, edit and create scenes again. Great help!
