Hi,

Just bought a flood sensor - it works well except the fact that once armed (due to water) it remains always in this status and does not come back into safe mode...

I've read some posts from other users having the same issue but didn't find the solution.

What should I do?

Thanks

Make sure parameter 9 is set to cancellation active. Remember to wake it up manually after that! If that does not help bring device close to controller and make sure it is not range issue.Lastly, see if manual sending frame of alarm state cancels it in controller (use menu mode for that and choose green option - more details is manual).

Seems now working but it takes a lot of time to come back to safe mode (don't know why, parameters 1 has been set to 20s)...

Let's see if something will improve....

Are you sure you woke up sensor after setting parameter 1 to 20s? If so it should be cancelled after 20s.
