Delay in Fibaro for Tablet without Internet

Hello!

My Fibaro for Tablet has delay about 10-15 seconds from push a button to act the module in local access regime. This delay only when lnternet is not accessed.

When Internet ok, delay is not long.

Web form on PC works good in any case (with or without Internet).

But mobile application more usable then PC, what is the reason of delay and how to solve this problem?

I've face similar issue, there's no internet in my new house yet and I had installed Fibaro HCL & some devices there. There's no delay when I'm using my iphone to control, however, there's 10-15 sec delay when I'm using my Samsung galaxy.

 

Is it a bug? Any solution for this?
