Hi!

Outside of my bathroom door I've got a Switch with an Indicator Light inside the switch to show with closed door the status of the bathroom light.

This Indicator Light shows just the switch Status and not the actual current Flow!

Any ideas how to connect a Fibaro Relay onto the Switch with Indicator Light??

Cheers

You would need some external electronic components to use switch like this. It is technically impossible for current modules to distinct between actually activated switch and just with the neon light turned on.

Hi. Is it possible that I have the same issue with my Feller Switch that has a LED, when the lights are turned off?

I really would like to use my very nice (and expensive) Feller Edition Switches with LED.

    Thank you

You can only use a switch *without* indicator. The only workaround, if it is possible with this switch, is to disconnect the indicator (LED or neon) from the switch, and connect it to the output of your relay instead. Please only try this, if you know how to do it. Doing it wrong may cause damage or unsafe situations.

    Hi

, thanks for answer. Is there no module that can handle that kind of Switches, maybe another brand?  I can easily remove the leds and run it without, but it looks soo nice with the lights and it's very usefull when it's completly dark wo find the switches on the wall...

Unfortunately, I only have Fibaro relays (and dimmers) and some stuff from Qubino, and none of these work with an indicator on your switch.

    Hi  again!

I solved the LED Indicator Status with a special switch made by Gira. The Gira single push button no. 015200 has the possibility to connect a seperate feedback LED signal. The wiring is then a little bit different see the pic here:

Thanks to all for the help!!

Hi! I think you can try conecting a small resistence between the neutral and the return of the switch indicator.
