relay switches 2x1,5kw FGS-222 -- NO parameters --

Hi.

 

We have big problems with new relay switches 2x1,5kw FGS-222 we can not see parameters ,we only see “ Parameters template will be added soon.”

 

We tried factori reset,reconfigure device,reload parameters,delete/remove device ; we have also tried on two FGHCL and it is same problem .

 

We have tried on FGHCL with firmware 3.594 and 3.601 (same problem).

 

Old relay switches 2x1,5kw FGS-221 is working as it should, no problem with old 221 version.

It is only parameters template which is missing, this switch was simply released after premier of your HCL software and therefore could not have been included. You can use this switch as usual, just add parameters that need to be adjusted manually.

So now I know why my HC2 detected it incorrectly...

 

When are you going to add full support for it?
