Hi All,

 

I've got an php page running om my server that calls the API of the HC2 a few times a day.

And runs some scenes, turn lights off / on, ...

But I think something's wrong sometimes.

For example when I run this:

the page keeps loading, nothing's happening. When I reboot the HC2, it works again.

 

Is there any kind of debug or something like that?

 

Anyone else experiencing this?

    Also, when browsing in the web browser, sometimes I got this, it keeps loading, when I refresh the page it comes trough, but I don't think that's normal?

    Also, when I'm trying to call the http command and it's not working, I open the fibaro app and it cannot connect to the HC2.

    When this works and I try the http command again, it's working again.

     

    So there's something wrong. Can I read some logs, do I need to contact support, ...?

    If your hc2 does not respond at all I assume something might be wrong with it, please contact support.

    I contacted support, but i'm afraid I still haven't received any answer..

    This is my case number: 28847 

    Can you please have a look at it?

    I'm almost getting desperate..

    This is the main reason why i'm doubting of leaving fibaro..

     

    Still haven't received anything from support. THIS SUCKS!

    Please escalate the case, thanks!

    Stil haven't got any reply from support...

    Case was created 10th of september....
