FIBEFGS-222 not detected correctly

I bought the first FIBEFGS-222 yesterday, which arrived today morning. When I included it on my HC2, the device type was detected as: "FGS212 Switch 2.5kW EU".

By default it only had one slave visible, but two other slaves that were hidden. It seems like the first two slaves represent Q1 and the third slave Q2, but when I change the state of slave1, slave2 still has the same state.

 

The HC2, running 4.056, detected it incorrectly, but the device template seems be the right one.

Ex+Including the device again, didn't work.

Are you sure this is Switch 2x1,5 kW (FGS222), not the 2,5 kW one (FGS212)? How many connectors are there?

Yes, it's written on the box, written on the device's sticker, the device template shows two binary switches only, so yeah... I'm positive it's the FGS222, nothing else.

 

S1, S2, Q1, Q2, IN, L, N = 7 connectors.

The sameting happend to me today. Bought a "Relay Switch 2x1,5kW" (as it says on the box) today and when I add it to the main controller it appears as a "FGS212 Switch 2.5kW". I have tried to reset it but it doesn't work. What to do?

All, this is strange...i have the same issue. Anybody fixed it ? I tried all I can, exclude it., reset it, same. No change !

 I gave up and returned my "Relay Switch 2x1,5kW" to the dealer. I'd bought a new one from the same dealer and that worked as it should.
